If you're waiting to feel confident before taking the next step, this episode is for you. In today's Thrive in Five, I'm sharing how to build unshakeable self-belief using a concept called the confidence loop. It's a simple mindset shift that will change how you show up.

I'm Cindy, your host, a self-made entrepreneur, busy mom, and a business coach. I've built and sold several digital businesses ranging from five to six figure successes. Let's clear something up. Confidence isn't something you're born with. It's something you build. Most people think they need confidence before they can take the action, but the truth, confidence comes after you take the action. Even small steps forward can create what I call the confidence loop. And once you're in it, momentum and growth follow. So what exactly is the confidence loop? It's a cycle that looks like this. You take action, that action leads to a result. The result builds belief, and the belief fuels more action, and it just keeps going from there. So let's break it down on how you can start using it today. The first thing is you are gonna start before you feel ready. You don't need full confidence to begin. You just need enough courage to take that first step. Whether it's hitting, publish, sending the email, applying for the opportunity, or saying yes to the thing, action is what gets you out of your head and into momentum. Then you are going to track your evidence every time you follow through on something. No matter how small you are, building proof that you're capable, write it down. Say it out loud. I kept my promise to myself today. I made progress even when it wasn't perfect. That evidence becomes the foundation of real confidence, not just the fluffy kind, but the kind rooted in action and follow through. Let belief grow from consistency. The more consistently you show up, the more your brain starts to believe. I'm the kind of person who does what she says she'll do, and that's how the loop strengthens one small action at a time. This works because taking action creates results, which builds belief. Belief makes you feel more confident, and cnce makes you take bolder action. Next time you don't have to be confident to begin, you just need to begin. Confidence will catch up. If you're ready to implement this today, here are your action steps. Choose one small action you've been avoiding and do it today. Write down the evidence of your follow through. Repeat tomorrow, let the loop build upon itself. You are not waiting for confidence.
